Tues - If you are still sore and achy from the race, take another day off. How is the knee today? If you are feeling better and are ready to get in a run, do a short, easy 3-5 mile run today. Keep a watch on the knee, I know I keep saying this, but if it stays with you, it could get worse and the training is all for nil.
