Sat TOOK OFF DUE TO CONFLICT- Short tempo run. warm up 2 miles and then do 3 X 5 mins. at tempo run (5 mile intensity) with 2 min easy recovery in between sets. 2 mile cool down. Nothing extravagant, just getting the legs moving at a quicker pace.
