Notes

They had starting blocks set up but I didn't use them. Maybe I should next time. I wasn't sure what to expect, so just ran like hell through the first 50 yds, then let up slightly, not much, for about 50 yds, then tried to run all out the last 100.

It was fun to run as hard as I could. Felt like a set of squats.
