what the? was going to just go out easy but the more steps i ran, the better i felt. so.............. no pains from yesterday.
but i know i can't hold this for another 7 miles, at least today i couldn't, which is what i would like too see. actually i'd like to see 7:30. so that is DIScouraging with a slap of reality. it's not going to happen, period.
