w/cremah in kayak and crosby. felt ok i guess but the 2 times i tried to put some effort into it i could feel myself closing in so i would have to just keep the nappy time pace. fuck it. what the hell do i expect...i have put nothing into swimming this cycle really. whatever...the swim doesn't matter. thanks cremah for doing this. next monday i will expect some paddle poking.
