dear beautiful black fox...your slyful opportunistic innocence has ended your life...i can only hope you weren't in that excruciatin pain for long. you really were a beautiful creature that should nevah have had to suffah in that way. i am very sad.
as for the run, it stahted out ok actually...but i didn't feel great this mornin yet again unforuately and i couldn't eat what i wanted...so ya. had somethin at 5 and 9+.....mile 11-12 i stahted to loose my breath again and got dizzy spells till the end but this was when the trail got more challengin so...but honestly i think it was gonna happen anyways. mile 15 tried to take a gu but could not get the damn thing down. cremah gave me half a powah bar at 17+ and i think it helped.
beaulah and cremah seemed very strong today and cremah had a fast finish even...yay boys!
ok and yes cremah saw me do a face plant....it was right aftah i flew by him too which i'm sure made it an extra special treat.
