wasn't digging the music at all but everyone else seemed to.
this is the only time i think i can put on a schedule. should do that cause even done half-assed, it definately is a few levels of intense over what i would do all by my weeee widdle self. plus i have motivating factors to inflate things.
i'm just gonna give these classes a default mileage of 16 miles an hour....it seems about right.
