not too bad i guess...i can't run the flat without the leg getting tired though still. it's just really weak i think and doing the same motion over and over just kills things. doesn't matter right now anyways. played with the incline and envisioned me doing the stairs...made me quite tired though and at the end my heart rate was 163. clearly i am unfit.
slick got a whip crackin next to me on the alpine pass...or what looked to be one but his heart rate was only 107 at the end...WHF man?
