Found a snapping turtle the size of a half dollar on the trail so I put him in the swamp.
Having to run with more caution due to fell leaves is a recall on direct past experience of rolling an ankle on leaved trail. It is necessary for one to have this in memory as it needed for one's health /survival so the action of using caution is taken. Thinking that running with more caution is going to slow one down and take more effort just as it did in memory and then getting a pang of frustration over it is not necessary and it has no place out here except in a competitive mental construct which is needed to maintain ones self image. What burden it is to have to keep a thought and feeling alive in order to preserve what isn't even there. One never knows the burden till one can see however. This is transferable.
