got pushed and pulled by the group for a couple of miles then hit the trails with cremah. i am so out of shape man. the groups slog is a fucking struggle right now. that's just gonna have to be accepted...but i don't have to like it.
anyways, it was great for me to get out there again and i'm glad cremah was freed up from the shackle of a goal so he could join me. i was even having moments on the way back though where i felt like i was working.
whatever...i'll get where i get whenever i get there. fuck it.
