Notes

Tabata Intervals. (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) Each exercise was scored by the lowest number of reps. The score was the total of the scores from the four stations.

We did:

Pull-ups

Squats

Push-ups

Burpees

I scored a 30. I could not complete full pull-ups once I got into half of the second set, so the rest were jumping. Also, after the second set of push-ups, I had to do the rest on my knees.
