My knee hurt today. The inside kinda started to hurt too, which was weird. But it may have just been the pain from the left side radiating over to the right side. I kinda liked the rain today, but it was a little chilly at first before I warmed up. When I was done I rolled and iced. I started to get a really bad upset stomach, so I hope I am not getting anything.
