Notes
At Rock Springs Park doing HRBT 115, but only did 4 miles. It seemed harder to do today's HR 115 than it did yesterday for HR 118. Plus my legs were sore. I did do the 1.5 cups of oatmeal with banana, raisins and protein powder. So, I just backed off after 4 miles. Plus I'll be going out tomorrow morning (Saturday) so I just cut it short today.
