At Rock Springs park doing 8 easy. Wanted to do 115, but HR was too high so it ended up being a 118 issue. I only had an oatmeal meal yesterday before yesterday's run and since then I only had 2 bananas and some peanut butter last night.
So, using miles 3 through 8 for 5 miles:
AVP: 11:58.0, AVG HR: 118.3, AVG Cadence: 161.7 Should have been 162, but I slowed down dramatically toward the end of the last lap trying to get a HR of 119 down to 118, and that skewed things.
