72F 71%H 62DP, At the Collins High School Track, was only going to do 4 miles, but the HS band ended up occupying the track so I bailed out. I was going to do 1 mile warm up, 2 at MP (9:43) and 1 at 132 HR, but it seems that my HR was quite elevated anyway. It is always that way for a couple of days after a race or a long run. I think the body is a bit stiff and so it takes more energy to do the same amount of work. Anyway, I felt fine and had wanted to go a bit faster but didn't get the chance.
