78F 47%H 56DP, at the Alpharetta Big Creek greenway, did 10 with 8s. Those Primal-2 shoes were really hurting my left foot, where that bone is mid foot. I'll wait for it to not be sore any more and then give them another shot. It may be that I just can't wear them. Seems I forgot a couple of the strides. I can only find 6, but I could have sworn that I did 8.
