Just a slow treadmill recovery run. Legs were sore. And this is after just a 5k race two days ago. Guess it is gonna take a while to get them back fit again. Ran on the treadmill because it just isn't worth going over to River Green for only a 5k distance. For some reason my heart rate is playing nicely and has been since the Polar Bear 5k this past Saturday. Don't know why. Even had some coffee and it is still happy. Emailed the Snickers' race director and downgraded from the full marathon to the half. It hardly seems worthwhile to drive 3 1/2 hours for just a half, but since it is already paid for I might as well. Plus, they had a nice goody bag last time. :-) (Of course that was for the full, not the half.)
