74F 91%H 71DP, At River green, scheduled: LT 10 w5@9:00 did 1.87@11:12, 5@9:50, 3.17@11:06 No get up and go, don't know why. Legs felt tired before the start and it didn't take long to run out of oomph when I started trying to go faster. Wonder if I should take recovery days off instead of doing the recovery run. It seems to be taking longer for my legs to rebound after a prior run. On the other hand, I didn't get much sleep so that could be a factor.
