67F 91%H 64DP, At River Green with Mische and Katie also came down to run a lap. Katie is training for the Philly half marathon in November. Stayed with Mische the first lap which just about did my legs in, so took it easy the second lap. Guess I'd better get rid of this extra 13 or so pounds I've put on in the past week. Granted that most of it is water weight, but water weight is still weight. At least it will come off faster. I need to entice Mische into a 5k or a 10k with me so I can see if I can beat her. :-) No luck with the enticing so far.... :-(
