86F 52%H 67DP, At the Duluth HIgh School Track. Just did an easy 6 but was surprisingly faster than yesterday. I think there was more cloud cover than yesterday, but I didn't expect to be faster today, especially since I didn't do strides as I did yesterday. Just a bit of blood. Kind of concerned about this prostate thing not being healed. I have some more intense runs coming up, so if I am bleeding on rather easy runs it doesn't portend well for the future.
