63F 92%H 61DP, At Rock Springs Park. Did 1 mile with Steiner, but he was dragging a bit. Today had bright sunshine and it was warmer than usual. Plus there is no shading at Rock Springs Park. So, after a mile I took him to the vet to get his head stitches taken out, have his mouth checked where he had had that extraction and get something to treat his diarrhea.
I left him there and went back to Rock Springs Park to do 9 more miles. I did 3 or so of the miles at cadence 180, but just treated the other miles as recovery miles.
