49F 88H 46DP, at Rock Springs Park. Has been raining for the last 20 hours or so. Rain stopped 2 minutes into my run. It is supposed to get heavy later. Ran with a Sport Shell on and was getting damp from perspiration, but was too lazy to take it off; plus it might have started raining again. Just a slow 6 miles with 6 strides.
