59F 46%H 38DP, at the Chicago Marathon with Damaris. She had a DNF :-( This was a real slow run. Didn't know if I could even finish it because of a calf injury that meant no training for the preceding 7 weeks. But I muddled through. Am incredibly sore today, though.
I was number E19252 in corral E which was the last corral in the first of two waves. It started at 0730, so it only took me 11 minutes to cross the start line. I qualified for E at Lake Wobegon, but I think I could also have used my half time at the Alien 13.1.
