Treadmill at work, just a pretty relaxed run. Started off at 12:30 pace for half a mile and then kept upping the speed 0.1 each lap until I did one lap at 10:00 mpm and then started slowing it down again. Heart rate is good. Just used Bah Bump and wet the strap.
