62F 78%H 55DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Just a slow run to get in the miles. My legs were sore before I started from yesterday's 11 mile run and Saturday's 10. Heart rate played nicely. I wet the cloth strap as well as using Bah Bump.
