78F 88%H 74DP, at the Peachtree Ridge HS track, doing 8 miles with 113 yard strides. Was supposed to to intervals today, but got sick (cold) last Saturday night, had to cut Sunday's long run short and didn't run yesterday (Monday) wo did the 8 easy today and will do intervals tomorrow.
The strides started off with an easy one and I progressively went a bit faster. The average pace was only 7:58.3, but remember that GPS doesn't have a chance to get much of a fix in 0.07 miles (112.7 meters, 123 yards). Average pace for these intervals was 189.8, with 184/186 for the 2 slower ones and 194 for the two faster ones.
