59F 41%H 35DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Heart rate was totally screwed, going from 205 to 59. It was in the very low range longer than I've seen it there before. Had a full cup of coffee and breakfast before running today, and was also going about 45 seconds per mile faster than usual for these 10 milers. Don't know if that had anything to do with anything or not.
