75F 93%H 73DP. At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Think it was warmer than that. At least it was according to my car. Supposed to do 10w6b, targeting 10:45, but added in 0:13 making 10:58 and actually averaged 10:52 for miles 2 through 10. Average HR was 119 with average Cadence of 168.25. Note there were six bring ups in this.
