67F 90%H 64DP, At the Duluth High School Track. There was some kind of school activity at the Peachtree Ridge HS track. Did 2wu+2MP+2cd. Forgot to spray my shirt with Static Guard, so the graph is a bit messy. Still, it seems to have settled down for the MP portion. I am working way too hard for that 9:00 mpm pace
