Notes
At the Peachtree Ridge HS track, doing 10 easy. Started late trying to miss showers. Had mild drizzle until about mile 6 and the sun came out at mile 8. It was 70F with 69 DP when I started, = T+DP of 139 = 3% heat adjustment of 10:48. didn't go crazy today, but just stayed within the pace range.
Miles 2 - 10 Avg pace 10:43.7, avg HR: 114.6, but it went up every mile. Cadence was 172.
