59F 72%H 50DP, At River Green, was supposed to do 7 at MP. Decided to target 10:10, but was able to bring it in at 9:56. The weather along with some weight loss on my part is probably responsible for the improvement. On my last MP run two weeks ago I could only do the 6 miles at 10:28 with my weight at 186, so an improvement of 32 seconds per mile (along with an extra mile at that pace.) Forgot to use a workout until after the warmup was done, so had to put two segments together. I also introduced Logan Serr to River Green.
