Treadmill at work. Intervals. 1.5M wu + 3(1.00M@9.22w0.37@11.19cd) +1.3 cd. Heart rate measurement was wonky during the wamup, but was accurate thereafter. Tried a different HR monitor gel since my previous one is just about empty. Need to get some more BahBump.
