67F 66%H 55DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. I went to the Silver Comet intending to do 18, but forgot my Garmin. So, came back home, got the Garmin, and just went over to the Greenway for 10. I wanted to try my PodRunner music at 171, (which should be 85.5) which turns out to out to be 87, just as 169 (which should have been 84.5) turned out to be 86. So, it seems I need to add a beat and a half. This run was easier than the 10:44 run from last week. Must be the steady cadence.
