42F 92%H 40DP, The Fast Pace 5k/10k in Cumming, GA. Met Terri H. there who placed 2nd in her age group and I placed 3rd in mine. Perfect weather. First time on this new changed course. It removes that bad hill at mile 5 with a small out and back detour. This is much better. Now, if I do some speed work maybe I can improve on this next year. I was number 1317. Will update with results when they are available.
I did better this year at both the Charles Harris 10k (9:06) and the Silver Comet 10k (9:05) so perhaps they are faster courses.
