79F 83%H 73DP, at the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway. Tried to run Saturday, but all the high school tracks were occupied. I wanted a flat surface after feeling a tweak in my left calf muscle Friday. On Sunday I just wimped out. I watched the women's marathon and just didn't feel like going out afterwards. So, today was just a long run, and slower than usual because of not wanting to take any chances with that calf.
