At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway doing 8 easy. All these runs are just brutal in the heat. Should try to get out even an hour earlier next week. Lots of people out there today. There were more cars than I have ever seen. Had to park way up the street. That is why the extra distance.
Also had a couple of salads yesterday. That is the reason for the extra weight.
