49F 62%H 47DP, on the Silver Comet doing a 15 mile long run. This may be the first time I know of that the wind was in my face both ways. I was looking forward to the turnaround point so I wouldn't be running into the wind any more, but the wind direction must have changed the same time I did.
I was wearing a long sleeve shirt and gloves, but stayed chilly the whole time. Not nearly as pleasant a run as two weeks ago. Plus I think I was working harder.
For miles 2 - 15: average pace: 10:02.1, average HR: 120.8 and average cadence: 172 using metronome 170.
