60F 94%H 58DP, At the Peachtree Ridge HS track. Just an easy 6. Traded workouts with tomorrow since I'm still coughing up bad stuff and have missed the last two days running because of a cold.
Alarm was set for 0515, but I got up a couple of minutes earlier.
