79F 84%H 73DP at the Peachtree Ridge HS track with protocol 2wu+3(2HMPw800r)+2cd targeting 8:45 for HMP. There was a group of runners who seem to come every Wednesday to the track from Big Peach Suwanee. I had gone to the HS in the morning but it was pouring rain, so I took my chances after work. The Heat Equivalent of 8:45 today would have been 9:00, so I done good. :-)
Got my HR up to a legitimate 157 at the end of the last interval, which kind of reinforces something like a 162 for a MHR.
There also seems to be a group that meets on Thursdays at 7:00 PM.
