On the treadmill at Workout Anytime to do 2wu+8(800@5kw400r)+2cd. I did 2wu+800@5k, then had GI issues. I was getting really cold by the time I was ready to get back on the treadmill since I was soaked through, so I left.

I did 1 mile at 13:11, 1 mile at 10:57 and 800 at 8:34. I would have been able to do all of them since the first one is the hardest.

So, it has been nutrition all along. I cooked up some elbow pasta last night and had that for dinner along with Solyent. Did the same (with beans) for both breakfast and lunch. Guess the beans are what did me in. I'll hold off on them for breakfast and lunch and just do them at night. Of course, this did bad things to my weight, adding on 3.4 pounds for this morning's weighing.

Have thunderstorms moving in the next couple of days, so not sure what my running will look like.
