82F 82%H 76DP, at the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, just an easy 8. Supposed to do 6 pickups but no way in hell. This was just a slow jog. At least I didn't have to walk, but with that 76F dew point, I couldn't do much of anything. these last two days have totally beaten me up. Maybe I should have used the treadmill.
