68F 32%H 37DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, doing 2wu+8MP+2cd = 12 miles. Seemed more strenuous than last Sunday when I had to do 12 at MP. So, today temp+DP was 105 and last Sunday it was 97. Today the average HR for the MP portion was 128 and last Sunday it was 119, so 9 more bpm. Hard to think that 8 more on the temp+DP would cause 9 more bpm on HR. But my weight was a bit higher. Dunno.....
