Treadmill at work. Don't really have a clue about distance. Garmin said 6.0 miles but treadmill said 6.17. I don't have a lot of faith in the foot pod for distance measurement so I'm using the treadmill's distance reading. Heart rate did its usual "going bonkers" thing after two miles, as soon as I got going fast enough. Started out doing a quarter mile at 12:30, and then kept increasing the speed 0.1 mph each quarter until I was doing 9.22 or so then moved it back up to around 11:00. Also did a lap at 8:4x later on in the last lap.
