Treadmill at work. Did intervals 1.5M wu, 4(0.75@8.49, 0.25@11:45) + 1.5M cd That last interval was rough. I couldn't have done this if I had been doing miles instead of 3/4 of a mile. But then again, I wasn't on fresh legs.
