At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway, doing 8 easy. Didn't do any pick ups since I was more interested in just keeping a steady pace and not having to stop because of heat and humidity.
Temp at the halfway point was 79+73 dp = 152 = 1.0465 * 10:30 = 10:59. I was slower than that over the 2 - 7 miles, but that was ok. I just wanted to complete the run Aat a steady pace for a change.
