At the Peachtree Ridge HS track doing 7, 1wu+6MP. Had planned to do 8, but with having done so badly last Sunday, nor having run Monday or Tuesday and only 1 mile on Wednesday I thought I would just cool it a bit. It was work but nothing I couldn't have continued.
