72F 58%H 56DP, at the Peachtree Ridge HS track, with protocol 8w8x10s. Nice weather, but I think that Multaq is screwing with my heart rate. I think I was about 10 bpm lower than I should have been. Plus, I don't see any increases during my strides. First part of the run had a screwy heart rate, but could that have been due to static electricity? It did seem pretty dry and the HR settled down after a mile. Don't know. I'll use more Static Guard and will use Bah Bump tomorrow.
