53F 97%H 52DP, At the Alpharetta Big Creek Greenway with Steiner. Did 4 with him then put him back in the car and did another 4. I went in the other direction for the other 4, which gave me something like 3.7x in that direction, then had to repeat a bit of the original course to get the 8.
Even though I was using podrunner 177 = 180 cadence I wasn't getting much speed out of it, so I backed off the cadence for the most part.
