Notes

Felt good today. It was the first time in a while I completed 4 miles running with no stops. No runners knee pain. I did a few warm-up drills before running and concentrated on my form during. I after about 3-4 weeks of daily 4-mile runs, I'll up my daily run back to 6 miles.
