Ran with my Garmin and Runtastic Pro on my iPhone (holding while running). I started to feel my left knee acting up. I turned on some Army Running Cadences on my iPhone which helped keep my 180 bpm and lessening the pain in my knee. My iPhone GPS seems to be off by about .3 miles.
